Batman’s Job Interview
It was really fun writing the last article “The Superhero Job Interview” where Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Spider-Man, Iron Man, and Captain America decided to look for a new job.
Let us see how Batman handled his job interview, and I even threw in an example of how Batman would have answered an interview question using the STAR method! Have fun!
Batman’s interview for the job of a Superhero at Marvel
Interviewer: Thank you for joining us today, Batman. Let’s start with our first question. Why are you interested in working for Marvel, and what made you apply for this position?
Batman: Well, I’ve fought in Gotham for years, but I heard the coffee at Marvel is better. Joking aside, Marvel represents a new frontier for me. You have heroes with powers I can’t even pronounce, and that’s the kind of challenge I’m interested in. Plus, I figured it was time to trade the gloom of Gotham for something with a little more sunshine — just a little.
Interviewer: We do have good coffee. Why are you looking for a new job?
